Plana Forma

Be sure to have a nonslip socks when you try plana forma. If you don't have one, the socks are available in the counter (Water, ponytail and a lot more too). Btw, the people in there are all very friendly and accommodating.

The shower room has all the toiletries that you need after your workout.
